It really wasn't for length...I have peyronie's disease and I have to use it to straighten it out. It would be better if I consistently used it, but standing up is fine, but when I sit down with the extender on it hurts like a bitch, lol.

I just bought one of these because I have Peyronie's Disease. I have to wear it one hour each day according to my doctor.
